"What a phenomenal start to finish job these fellas do. Had an accident on Sunday, was able to secure an appointment @ 9:30 on Monday and was in and out the place quiet fast! The initial estimate was 6-8 days but they finished my car by Friday!! Not only did they finish the car, they went above and beyond their call of duty, even touching up the many scratches on the rear bumper giving it a nice smooth look. When I was shown the car after completion, I was left jaw-struck. It was a beauty, and these guys worked around the clock to get me back my car before estimated time of completion. I honestly couldn’t be happier! I did have my car fixed before by another shop, and was happy as well but after bringing my car to EAST COAST collision, I’m even more glad I didn’t go to the other body shop!

My only con was, I had HID lights installed but they were swapped out for stock when changing the headlights and uninstalled so have to reinstall them.

Besides that, I am extremely happy. Everyone only remembers the bad things of a place, but this place will vastly overshadow any other competition by far because the negatives are almost none and the positives, close to infinity. Only advice this review can give other yelpers, is give them a try you will NOT live a day to regret it ever. I dealt with Mike and Chat, and they were great! Mike even at the end spoke to me and said if you ever encounter any problems with your car and let’s say another mechanic is telling you a certain price, give me a quick call and if I can do the job for a better price, I will definitely take care of you.

What a great spot to send your car.

I was hot by some crazy lady, but the boys and girls at East Coast Collision fixed and returned my car to me in better condition than it had been before the accident. Thanks for a great job Jay, and thanks for keeping me updated Hilda. It took 2-3 weeks longer than anticipated, but there were damages that were only discovered after opening it up, and also told them honestly that I was in no rush due to several business trips (and enjoyment I was deriving from the Jeep I rented).
